Brighid has conducted major and special project campaigns for the Great Lakes Aquarium ($30million),
Women’s Foundation of Minnesota ($17 million), Parker’s Prairie Event Center, The National Park Foundation,
Minnesota Diversified Industries, and others. A former President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals,
she has been in the development field for the past 26 years. She was chosen as Minnesota’s lead consultant for the
First Lady’s visit to Minnesota in 2005.

Sarann Slattery
Senior Counsel
Sarann Slattery has more than
twenty years experience in the Minnesota philanthropic arena, providing leadership within the fundraising programs at Cretin-Derham Hall, a Catholic secondary school in St. Paul and most recently as Vice President of Membership for Minnesota Public Radio. She is particularly skilled in program and budgetary management, identification, cultivation and solicitation of major donors, database and record format design and has extensive experience in both annual and capital campaign design and management.

Michael J. Henley, CFRE

Michael has conducted capital campaigns and/or feasibility studies for organizations such as Catholic Eldercare, Minnesota Valley Humane Society, Commonbond Communities, Tree Trust, CLUES, and Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, and has been in development and nonprofit management for the past 40 years.
Michael also gained national recognition for
his writing, teaching, and work with small
development shops.

Randi S. N. Yoder
Senior Counsel
Randi is currently Vice President for Development at Greater Twin Cities United Way,
and has led capital campaigns for College of St. Catherine ($80 million), Carlson School of
Management ($45 million), Neighborhood House and the new Minneapolis downtown Library ($15 million).
She has also been in the development and funding arena for over 20 years.

Marcia I. Lamb
Senior Counsel
Marcia Lamb has almost 40 years of senior leadership roles in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She is a Director of the Allworld Network, a company with offices in Boston, London and Riyadh. She recently completed a highly successful engagement in Saudi Arabia that resulted in the establishment of the Saudi Fast Growth 100, recognizing the fastest growing companies in this country. Previously she served as Executive Vice President of the National Park Foundation (NPF) reporting to the President and leading all development efforts.
