Randi S.N.Yoder has dedicated her career to the advancement of not-for-profit organizations. As a staff member, Randi directed the $45 million building campaign at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and initiated the College of Saint Catherine’s recent $80 million capital campaign. She began consulting in 2001 and completed service as counsel to the Minneapolis Public Library as it exceeded its $15 million campaign to build the new central library and St. Paul’s Neighborhood House (The Paul and Shelia Wellstone Center for Community Building) as it exceeded its $7.5 million campaign to build new facilities, provide bridge funding and create a building endowment.
Randi also provided campaign counsel to Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES) in St. Paul as it completes the final phase of its $6 million campaign, and campaigns for the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota, Midwest Orthopaedic Research Foundation ($10 million), and the Minnesota Planetarium Society ($21.5 million). Since 2007 Randi Yoder has served as Senior Vice President, Donor Relations for the Greater Twin Cities United Way where she recently completed an $89 million annual campaign.
